SIM activation.

SIM card won't or is activated it's hard to tell as I'm getting mixed messages. The sky site is telling me to activate my SIM card with the details provided and when I follow the instructions to the point entering my sky activation code it says it's already activated. My billing information still has me registered for my older SIM plan. 

 

FYI. The new SIM is is currently in and working on my phone.

Hi @Ruckard  have you recently ordered a new phone/sim/plan ? Did that come with a new number ?

Hello. I Ordered a new sim plan, followed the activation instructions sent with sim and now the new sim is installed in the phone. Everything seemed to have worked but my sky account still has Me on my old plan and is asking me to activate the new sim, which i can't because it says the sim has already been activated. Very confusing loop I seem to be stuck in.

If the sim is working in your phone then it's activated @Ruckard and looks like the system is yet to catch up. When you ordered the new plan did you cancel the old sim/plan because if not then that will still be running and you will still be paying for it. Look at your future bills to check.
