SIM activation linked to incorrect email account

Hello,

 

I have recently purchased a mobile phone contract with you for my son.  The phone and sim card have arrived.  When i have tried to activate the sim card it links to my wives email account instead of my sons.

Are you please able to rectify this so that we can use the phone?

Hi @swedangle  if you ordered the sim via your wife's account then that's the email it will use to activate it I believe.
