SIM activated without transferring to my old number

I just joined Sky mobile from Vodaphone, completed the activation using PAC to keep my old number, received an error message to start again. However, the SIM has been activated with the new SKY number, how do i change this now?

Now that the sim has been activated have you tried giving Sky the pac code again:
