Set the SIM application mode to 'home'.

 

You don't mention what sort of phone you have for specific instructions....

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Have you made sure your device is now set to Home:


Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.

You should have an app installed on your phone called Sky Menu, as you use that to change this setting.
