Rolling piggybank

I've had no data since last Sunday. So on Monday I rolled 30gb & deducted it from my bank but never added it, so yesterday I rolled another 50gb & again deducted it but never rolled it over. Spoke to sky yesterday & even the guy I was talking to couldn't load any data as it wouldn't accept it, he raised a ticket with IT team & got a reply back today saying the IT department have approved the ticket but will take a further 7-10 working day's to fix the issue. Are they joking...... but I know if I cancelled this months payment they'd expect that issue resolved within 48hrs

I'm not sure you you are aware but you are only talking the other customers on here, the timescale given might be the worst case scenario as it might be fixed prior to that, fingers crossed that is.
