`Rolling data not working

I have tried to roll data to my SIMs and it does not work - I have over 200Gb in my piggybank. Please help.

 THanks for quick reply - I'm getting an error:

 

Sorry, we were unable to roll your data. 

 

Spent 40 mins on the call to Sky support (150) and they could not help. 

 

Very frustrated right now with their lack of help.

I was going to suggest calling Sky on 150 so did they say about what issue they were having or if they have reported through to their other teams to look at for you ?

they tried - but bounced me around departments fir 40 mins...
