I can’t roll back data even though I have tons in my piggy bank. I have tried on phone and iPad but I just get message "sorry we were unable to roll your data " . This has been happening for 2 days now

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf moving data from your Piggybank to your phone continues and isn't fixed by clearing your cache or changing browser give Sky a call and an agent can move it for you. Just dial 150 from your Sky phone.
