@Jodyw  Your post has been moved from the Sky+ Board as your request is unrelated to the Sky+HD TV Box.

 

You can roll any piggybank data by logging into your Sky account or via the MySky app, the community can't do this for you.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
