Roaming

I have just got back of holidays to spain on which 2 days i volatility used roaming, but have been charged 4 roaming over 2 months bills. The two times you have changed me without me accepting the roaming i was using the hotels WiFi and have evidence to show this. I wish you to remove this charge immediately

If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community, which is predominantly made up of Sky customers helping other Sky customers. You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here.

You'd need to call to dispute the charges.

Hi @chesterhall  unless you turned roaming off and mobile data then even a minute or two of your phone not being connected to WiFi would trigger the charge. Your bill should show the data useage and when it was used. Also making calls or sending text messages would trigger the charges. As @Daniel0210  has mentioned if you wish to dispute the charges you need to call sky on 150.

Use flight mode to prevent cellular connections.  Turning off roaming data is not enough.
