Hi, we are travelling to Tunisia and I just want to know if there is some sort of package I can buy so I can use my mobile data in Tunisia

It will be expensive @CJAJBJ Tunisia isn't included in the passport plus countries. See page 13 on the link for costs in Tunisia. Use local WiFi wherever you can. The alternative is purchasing a local sim when you arrive.

Can I just check will a local sim work in a sky mobile phone or are they locked to the network? X

All mobiles provided by Sky are unlocked to any network so yes, a local sim will work.
