Roaming passport plus

Hi, I am in Spain, I did not receive a welcome message from sky, my phone has no mobile data or call network. I have tried all sim connections as instructed on previous chats, my data is switched on with no limits or spend caps. Samsung S21

I'm not sure there i much you can do as there have been issues with roaming in Spain since last year of which there appears to be no solution at present so if something like searching for other networks doesn't work then you will have to use Wifi where available.
