Roaming passport Plus

I am a regular traveller toneurope and have always used the Roaming Passport Plus at £2 a day. I get notified by text to say this has kicked and started and again when ending. Today however I get the following:-

Welcome to Over the sea. Important roaming information. Whilst connected, calls are £3.60 a minute to the UK and £1.80 a minute to receive, texts are £0.72 to send to the UK and free to receive. To access data, please use Wi-Fi. All rates are inclusive of VAT.

This is not right is it? My usual message is:-

Your Roaming Passport Plus will end on 15/01/2026 at 12:18 UK time. If it's re-activated, we'll add a £2 charge to your next bill. If you exceed the 25GB fair usage limit across Roaming Passport Plus destinations, you'll be charged per GB (pro-rated) for the rest of your bill period. To avoid more charges, turn off data roaming and avoid calls or SMS. Learn more at sky.com/roaminginfo

Hi @Kevj310769  where are you as that message indicates you are on a cruise ship/ferry ? If so then that message is correct.

I was on a ferry but now in France 🇫🇷
