Roaming not working

Please help 

 

can not find setting to check roaming abroad on

been informed I have an e sim - but now roaming not working at all. Can not even find a setting to check it is there in mobile data  

this is what I get no toggle for data etc

I take it you mean the iphone 14 ?

 

What happens if you go to Settings > Mobile Service ?

That doesn't look right so have you tried rebooting it ?
