Mobile Phone network connection

When I don't have WiFi I'm not able to access any WiFi based apps or webpages even though my iPhone 14 Plus shows I have 4 or 5G and I can only call through mobile not what's app. I've tried the chatbot and done all the resets suggested. I've also called 150 but apparently the

monile team have finished for the day.

Wifi and 4/5G are different things so it isn't clear what your issue is.

 

Wifi is via broadband and 4/5G is mobile data which uses the phone's mobile network.

 

So which of these are you having issues with ?
