Roaming issues

I arrived yesterday and my roaming passport worked within minutes of arriving in Turkey. Today, I was not offered a restart, I have no calls or txt, I keep being told I am off the network. According to online help I have reached My data cap. Not sure how. I really need some help. I have restarted my phone etc.. please help

@Desian10  Have you tried turning off automatic network selection in your phone settings then do a manual search and select from the list that comes up.
