Roaming issues

Hi. My roaming was working fine in turkey for the first couple of days but now it's not working at all but my sone phone is and he's on the same account

Are you using a spendcap and if so is it set high enough to cover your stay in the country ?

The spend cap would affect my sons as well tho would it not as it's the same account. Or does it work out separate. Not sure how to check
