@Keith-fowler The rates for which ever country your phone connects to will apply, that is of course if your close enought to connect if not you won't be able to use your phone unless you use the ships wifi and that will be expensive.

Only the very rare overseas territories of European nations will be covered by £2 roaming.
When on ship, you are restricted to whatever high price the cruise company charges per megabyte for WiFi because this has to travel over a satellite link.
