Roaming data charges.

Could someone please make it clear for me as I am getting SO confused. 😂 

to use my 5G/4G in lanzarote, will it charge me £2 per day I have my data turned on? And will it just use my data as usual like over here or is it capped for how much you get?

You get access to your usual data package as if you were at home in the UK. Calls to local numbers in the country will be charged at international rates while calls to UK mobiles and UK landlines are included in the £2 charge.
