Bill too high by £20

August 24th Direct Debit demand is £42 - my contract is £22 pm (as previous payments) - WHY IS THIS ??

What do your bills show?

 

Perhaps a discount has expired?

my contract was set up for payment of £22 per month - that has been my monthly payment - no discounts or special deals - now direct debit (August) has taken £42 with no explanation
