Roaming charges - Armed Forces Covenant

Hi! Sky has been a long time signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant. They provide flexibility in other areas, like termination fees. Do they provide any flexibility with roaming fees and limits for personnel assigned overseas? This would really help UK personnel serving overseas to keep their Uk phone number.

Hi @CL2026  I haven't seen this raised before on here. This is all I can find and it doesn't mention mobile contracts. You could call sky and ask but I would guess first line customer support may not be aware of it.

Unfortunately because that's an ongoing billing thing I suspect it would be hugely more complicated (and potentially costly) than negating a termination fee.
