Roaming charge for Albania when wasn’t in Albania

I was in Greece, Corfu on a trip and I have been charged for being in Albania we wasn't we was in Corfu and stayed in Corfu albeit Albania is close across a stretch of sea!!  have been charged a £35 fee for being in Albania when I wasn't I was definitely still in Greece and this is unfair. I paid the £3 per day roaming fee so the charges were minimal. I can assure you I wasn't in Albania I was in Corfu, Greece so this change should be removed.

You can call Sky and ask but don't expect a refund.  Your device has clearly connected to an Albanian mobile service and the charge was incurred.  (You don't have to be in the country to connect)

Hi @LinzHoward  for future reference when travelling near another country like this go into your phone settings and turn off automatic network selection and then manually connect to one of the networks you are in.
