I activated my new sim and entered my pac code on Saturday. I got a text to say my number will be ported by 5pm today. I have however been able to use my number and data on my new sim up until 4pm today when I lost signal and people couldn't call me. I assumed it was the transfer happening but it is now 7pm and I have not had confirmation that the transfer has gone through and still no service but I have had a text regarding my new sky bill! I have transferred from ee to sky

Sounds like it's started but not finished yet. Try turning your phone off for 10 minutes then back on. I am assuming your EE sim has stopped working and you have activated and inserted the sky sim into your phone?
