I'm in Spain at the moment and have received a text message to say that Roaming Passport Plus has been activated, but I haven't made any calls or used roaming data. I don't want to be charged £2 a day for a service I'm not using. I can't get any sense from the Sky online help or contact us . Is there an email address I can send a complaint to ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you made a phone call or sent a text message as doing either of these will see you charged £2, but you can then use your usual package in the next 24 hours for no extra charge.

ensure the phone settings are correctly set so that mobile data and roaming is off.
