Roaming Blocked

In Spain, was connected to Movistar and it worked in a fashion since we arrived. However, today my wife and I are getting the following message when we try to connect to Movistar " your sim card does not allow connection to this network". Our account is paid and up to date. Any help please. Thank you.

@Sunam1

Are your phones both set to abroad:

Iphone:

Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad..

Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.

If they are try searching for other networks to see if they will connect to a different one.

Re: Roaming Blocked

The roaming tab is on/blue.

The access point names is set to:

4G.tele2.se

MCC 240

MNC 07

APN TYPE Default

Apn Protocol IPv4

 I haven't adjusted anything and can't understand why we blocked from Movistar connection.

I have an O2 UK phone connected to Movistar working fine.
