Rings before Voicemail message

Trying to reduce number of rings before voicemail greeting message on galaxy A33 5G I have wasted many hours and phone calls to Sky Mobile Support but have had absolutely no success at all or help in this matter, useless. It is set at 12 rings which is way too many. Can someone please help.

To change it, dial: **61*759*11*XX#

Replace the XX's with the amount of time you want the phone to ring for, before it transfers calls to voicemail. The maximum time you can set it to is 30 seconds.

E.g. **61*759*11*25#

That would change it to 25 seconds.

Hi @scobie10  have you tried deactivating voicemail then restarting your phone then trying the above method after activating voicemail again?

Voicemail can’t be switched off completely. But, to stop people leaving you voicemail messages, turn message recording mode off.

On your phone:

  1. Dial 759.
  2. Press 3.
  3. Press 5.
  4. Press 1.

What about this @scobie10

Type **61*321**00# on your keypad. This code will allow you to set how long your phone rings before it goes to your voicemail. Replace 00 in the code with the number of seconds you want your phone to ring.

Re: Rings before Voicemail message

Hello again @63johnw just tried that and got the message 'Connection problem or invalid MMI Code'.

I think I tried that one before with the Sky Help people.

Re: Rings before Voicemail message

Yes, @63johnw have tried shortening and lengthening but nothing works. They even sent me out a new sim card last week, still no use.
