Just got new iPhone delivered under the swap but haven’t been sent return label for my old phone what do I do

@Beauty101 Have you checked the packaging the phone came in as it can be secreted within.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As advised by @GD1 you need to check the packaging carefully. Another customer posted on here recently that the return label was on the inside of the packaging the new device arrived in but that it was quite small and could easily be missed. They then successfully used the label and the same packaging to return.

Then you'll need to call Sky and request more packaging / a label. Just dial 150 for free call to Sky.
