So, I have a contract with roughly 900 left, and the swap upgrade would cover half of that. But I don't want to swap, instead I want to send my phone back to cover half of the remaining debt and then pay the other half Is that possible?
When you do a swap if there is still an amount to pay against the device then this is added to your next availble bill so would be paid off via that.

Hi @Jessica017 no, you have entered into an agreement so you can't do that. You are free to sell your phone and then use that to pay part of what's owed then pay the rest off.
