Returning phone.

Good evening. I'm hoping someone can help me. I recently got a lower storage space samsung galaxy s24 , however I would like the one with the bigger storage. I was wondering I get that first or do I send it back and get the refund back. Thank you.

@sharline  probably best to return current one first as you only have 31 days from delivery to do so 

 

If this is a new device you no longer want then as long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. This link provides some information that will help https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-phone-or-tablet-refund
Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.
