Returning a phone, don’t have the paper screen protector

I need to return a new phone to sky, it has been taken out of the box and I tried to set it up, but the eSIM wouldn't' work, and after 4 hrs on the phone with sky who also couldn't get it to work, I lost the will to live and am now returning the phone.

I don't have the paper screen protector that is on the phone when it arrives.  I do have the original box, the original cable which I have put back in the box as neatly as possible, will I still get a full refund ?

For what is worth sky at one point told me the eSIM was working fine their side, so it must be something I was doing, since then I've set up an eSIM from another provider on my old phone with no issues at all, so maybe the phone is faulty, is that possibly what caused the issue ?

@Rebecca215

Did Sky when you spoke to them not suggest sending you a physical sim to try ?

Not sure they will be bothered about the screen protector as you have 31 days to change your mind so I should imagine most that do return devices within a month do not have it on either.
