Phone bill increas

My phone bill was £33 and has increased to £43 after my £10 sim went up to £20 for no reason. I cannot afford £43 a month

Sounds like the sim part of the deal has reached the end of a discount. You need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new discount.

Have you had that sim for about 12 months as that is the minimum term of a contract so the chances are the discount that was on it when you ordered it is now finished.
