Returning Swap
So I filled out the form, and let Sky know that the phone being returned isn't working, nor does it turn on or hold a charge. Do I still need to send it back. I don't owe any money on the phone as it's fully paid up. Any ideas? Thank you.

Re: Returning Swap
If you're not swapping then just purchase a new device...

Re: Returning Swap
If it has been paid off in full then you can not return it as a swap.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Returning Swap
Ok but they've sent me all the packaging etc, even though the value is 0.

Yes, that's because you've initiated a swap instead of simply purchasing it...
It you want to 'give' the device to Sky, then return it...

Re: Returning Swap
Ok thanks - so no need to send back. Would be good to speak to a sky person. Why is that always so difficult?

Re: Returning Swap
Up to you - they'll only recycle it given the state of it.
As noted above, you can only usually swap if the phone is still in contract... Are you sure there' s no outstanding balance on it? (Contracts last 1 year longer than many expect, i.e. Swap24 is 3 years)

Re: Returning Swap
I owe zero and just did the swap as I thought that's what I should do. Thanks again for the replies.
