Returned phone

I returned the new phone I ordered, it has been acknowledged as being received but still showing payment for it on my bill for next week and future bills

If your bill is due to be paid next week then it can not be removed from that one but once it has been inspected by the company that handles these for Sky you should see any overpayment returned to you by way of a credit on a future bill.
