Returned iphone lost

I was sent 2 phones by accident. I returned one of them. I have the tracking receipt and confirmation of delivery with a photo and signature. Yet sky still haven't cancelled my contract and continue to charge me for a phone I don't have. It's so distressing when money is tight and you're already paying for 3 other contracts. They are trying to find the phone and have escalated it to fraud department. Why should I have to wait for them to find it? It's their error. Every time I call there are never sufficient notes on the system. I have to start all over again. I'm getting nowhere. So frustrated. Think financial ombudsman is my only hope now.

Can you confirm you ordered one mobile device and Sky sent two? I'm trying to confirm this isn't all part of a scam. Did you call Sky before returning the (now missing) phone?
