Returned ipad for repair, waiting for a replacement

 
Anyone able to help please im at my wits end!!!!!!!!!
 
I entered into and agreement in May 20024 for an iPad 2022 in blue 
The iPad was faulty and I returned it for repair early Sept, this was sent back unrepaired to the company saying it was not the correct iPad which of course it was, i then sent it back a second time this took a long time but whilst this was all in progress i moved home and your repair team tried to  sent it to the old address during this time i have had to call the 150 number constantly every other day to find out where my iPad is with no luck i have raised numerous complaints and various case numbers, when you finally decided the easiest way forward would be to create a replacement order for the iPad, i sill have not received this pad and i am calling continuously and keep being told that its with the escalation team who need to speak to me and the have never called me, 
At this point in time i have called at least 85 times in the last 4 months to be told the same thing over and over again, this is totally unacceptable. I have an credit agreement with you that i am paying for and no iPad which is a breach of contract.
I have requested the relevant teams to call via WhatsApp to ensure i have signal at home as there are issue with the masks in my area so no signal at home but I have full signal at work and i still keep being told I'm not answering the call when i have not received any calls. 
As you can appreciate after 4 months of calling and being told the same thing over and over again that no one in sky customers services can help me I'm extremely frustrated!
 
I have rasied various complaints already with no joy.

Hi @trudyh280766  you aren't talking to sky CS here, it's mainly customer helps customer. I can't think of anything else you can do other than keep calling. You have submitted formal complaints so I can't think of anything to suggest.
