I am now on day 5 with no signal. Apparently a mast is down and all I get from Sky is "sorry for the inconvenience' I am basically paying for a dud phone which can no longer be used. Cheers and Happy Christmas

Hi @Rob272  once it's fixed call sky on 150 and they should issue you credit for the lost service. Do you have WiFi calling activated on your phone ?

Thanks for your response. Even with WiFi I cannot receive calls, make calls or txt. I can use WhatsApp over WiFi but when and not in a WiFi zone my phone is more dead than a Nokia. Hopefully when it's fixed I can call 150 and resume normal service 👍😎
