Returned hsndsets

I sent back 2 handsets swapped mobiles  have they been received and when will the handsets be removed off my account as I need to upgrade another but I have too many on my account until they are removed

Hi @Jonspibey  it can take 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed, maybe slightly longer due to the latest iPhone release.
