Sky mobile app is rubbish

This is crazy for the last two months I have being trying to update my wife's phone, but the app is just not working properly, I start the process but it just goes into crazy mode, flashing screen, no info and no infornation available, I have reloaded app, still does same this, this is not the service I am paying for %!!!, sort it out or I shall go elsewhere
