I want to return the phone I just bought it's a galaxy

You have 31 days to change your mind so if you have and you are within this timescale you will need to call Sky so they can start the return process for you.

Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. Some more information is available here

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.
