Return a mobile swap as do not like the new phone as doesn't work for what I require

To arrange the return of the device back to Sky you will need to contact them about this so 150 is the number to call them on from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it.

You need to call Sky to start a return. Use 150 from a Sky SIM.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
