Hello Return an Samsung Galaxy Watch 8. On the 17 June because I changed my mind I did notice sky to let them know I wanted to return it and they sent me the packaging out to return and it was return buy Royal Mail but I am still being charged for it please advice

As it has now been 4 weeks you might want to chase this up with Sky, if you kept the tracking details as you should have done this will help you to show to Sky that it has been returned and to show where it is.

Hi I did phone Sky on the 15 July they confirmed they have received my Galaxy watch 8 and he as spoke to the team and any payment they have taken will be refunded to my account and to leave it for 7 days and not to reply to any review until this is sorted thank you for your help
