Return swap

I upgraded my iPhone 15 Plus for the iPhone 17 Pro Max and I returned the 15 Plus and arranged for Royal Mail to pick it up from my house. I didn't require a receipt as I'd already paid for the returns label and handed it to the postman myself but haven't heard anything since. I never received an email to confirm that Royal Mail had picked it up so I have nothing to track, I don't want my swap to be cancelled. What can I do to resolve this?

If you have no tracking or proof of posting it may be difficult.

 

You'll have to hope that Sky receive it and process it - it's taking around 2-3 weeks to do so.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
