Refund not creited

Hi I tried to take the mobile so I paid 4 times the tranxtions 12 pounds but the eligibility not approval. All the 4 transactions were paid 12 pounds each I received 3 back bit I didn't receive my 4th transaction

What did Sky say when you queried this with them?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
