Return sent to wrong address

I returned the package on 17 October 2025 and contacted Sky the same day to inform them that I had ordered the wrong item and wished to return it. Despite returning the package, I have continued to be charged for it.

It has now been more than 9 months, and I am still paying for an item that I returned. I would like this matter investigated immediately, the incorrect charges refunded, and my account updated to reflect that the item was returned.

You haven’t actually contacted Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.

Nothing will be investigated as a result of your post. Hopefully you kept the prooof posting which would be a good start. How was it sent to a wrong address?

As we are customers we can not help you via here.

 

Do you still have the receipt with the tracking details on from when you returned this item, if so and you have got nowhere when calling Sky put in a complaint instead letting them know you have the tracking details:
