Return phone

Hier, I received my new iphone seventeen pro today.But I really don't like the phone.Can I return it and cancel my contract?But I would like to keep the sim

Yes, you have a cooling off period - you have to call Sky (on 150 from a Sky SIM) to arrange the return.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.
