Return phone as scratched

I have brought my Samsung galaxy s21 phone since August 2023. I have noticed that the glass on it has been scratched by where I store my cards in my phone case. The reason I brought the phone as I thought it was gorilla glass invictus. It obviously is not as it's been scratched by plastic

I'm not sure what you are asking but incase you are not aware this is a place where customers help each other so if the first instance I would contact Samsung to see what they say about this damage.

@Jordan+Burrwll I think that model comes with a factory fitted screen protector , if it does its probably that where the scratches are and not the physical screen.

If it is the actual screen that's scratched I would contact Samsung to see what they say.
