Return package

I am waiting for my return package to send my old phone back. 
when my new phone was delivered I didn't receive anything to return my phone back with. 
the packaging for my new phone was badly damaged.

Hi @Jessamine  there should have been a label (apparently very small) in the packaging with your new phone and you can use the box the new phone came in. If you can't do this call sky on 150 to try and arrange for more to be sent.
