Return not yet showing on bill

I sent a phone back on the 20th dec  Royal Mail delivered it on the 23.12 .24 but as yet I've not had a notification. Wondering if it's just due to the Christmas holiday? Any ideas? It says normally a 3 day turnaround..

Hi @Astro11  returns normally take 2-3 weeks to process and being Christmas it could well be longer.
