Has anyone had a problem with mobile contract end date. Had my phone since 2023 and still telling me I'm in cintractctill 2027! Can't get thru to sky

If you had a swap36 contract then 2027 is correct.

Hi @corneyl the longest phone contract I have seen is 36 months (swap 24), iPads/tablets can be 48 months (swap 36). Is it a phone or tablet ?
