Hello, I want to know how I can get my return packaging for my device i changed my mind.

You would need to call Sky to arrange the return phone and you can only do this if you have had it for 31 days or less.

As stated by @caesarome as long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.
