Free ear buds galaxy s25

I purchased my new phone on the 27th of June. It said there was free ear buds worth £99. How do I claim them please, all other links on similar  threads  are expired.

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Your post isn't very clear as to what phone you ordered, was is the S25 ?
